VRAN Learning Networks
In 2015, after the inaugural VRAN Rabbit Leadership Program, participants and mentors established an ongoing learning network known as ‘Leaps and Bounds.’ This network convenes several times a year across Victoria, allowing members to share their experiences in rabbit management.
Independent evaluations of VRAN and Leaps and Bounds demonstrate that this initiative has bolstered confidence in best-practice rabbit control, fostered stronger relationships within the rabbit management system, and shifted perceptions about collaboration between institutions and community groups.
VRAN hosts an annual Leadership in Rabbit Control course (Bootcamp), inviting participants to join a new, ongoing Learning Network upon program completion. To stay informed about our next course, subscribe or follow us on our social media channels.
